The Lincoln Land High School
Hockey League is pleased to announce the Gold and Maroon teams sponsored by
Robert Morris University for the 2009/2010 season. The Gold team is
comprised of players from Champaign, Rochester and Decatur. The Maroon
team is comprised of players from Springfield, Sacred Heart Griffin and Chatham
Glenwood. The Head Coach for the Gold team is Lance Anderson from
Champaign and will be assisted by Shannon Elliott from Rochester and Ted Miller
from Decatur. The Head Coach for the Maroon team is Mike McGuire from
Springfield and will be assisted by Tim Lyon from Sacred Heart Griffin and Jon
Forbes from Chatham Glenwood. The All Star game will be played at the
Nelson Center on January 22, 2010 at 7 PM. Admission to the game is free.
Players and fans of the schools represented by the player should come out and
root them on for the 9th annual All Star game.
